Final Verdict
There's no objectively "better" city. Seoul is Korea's brain, but Busan is Korea's heart.
For me, waking up to ocean views, eating fresh seafood, and living in a community where people know my name - that's worth more than any Seoul salary premium.
But that's just my opinion as a proud Busan Korean Man.
